The Nominating Committee invites interested members to complete a leadership interest form. Feel free to express interest in more than one committee/board. Please submit this form by March 31, 2025.
Board of Trustees The Board of Trustees sets strategic vision for FUS, is responsible for the financial health of FUS, oversees the Senior Minister, and ensures the well-being of FUS. Foundation Board The Foundation Board manages multiple investments funds and grants funding to numerous programs at FUS. The Foundation is funded through bequests and gifts from members and friends. Nominating Committee The Nominating Committee recruits and nominates candidates for the Board of Trustees, Foundation board, and the Nominating Committee. Nominations for the Board of Trustees and the Nominating Committee are presented to the congregation for a vote at the annual meeting. Nominations for the Foundation Board are presented to the Board of Trustees for election. Nominating Committee members serve one-year terms.

The FUS Moving Toward Equity Team defines “diversity” as being “comprised of the differences that make each of us unique including gender, age, appearance, race, ethnic group, family/marital status, language, culture, sexual orientation, disability, religion, education, country of origin, political affiliation, social/economic status and more.”
